Where do I find my login details?

Your mailbox address and password are provided in the delivery message from the marketplace order page.

What username should I use?

Use the full email address as your username (for example: [email protected]).

I get "Invalid login" - what can I do?

• Copy/paste the password to avoid typos (watch out for spaces).
• Try another browser or an incognito/private window.
• Make sure cookies are enabled.
• If the issue persists, contact support and include your order reference.

Can I change the mailbox password?

If password change is enabled, you can change it from within webmail settings. Otherwise, contact support.

Why are there ads on the portal?

Ads help cover hosting costs. We do not place ads inside the webmail application.
