Security note: Never send your password. Support will only ask for your order reference and the mailbox address.

Before you contact support

Make sure you're using the full email address as the username (example: [email protected]).
Try a private/incognito window and verify that cookies are enabled.
Confirm you're using the correct webmail link: access.trustyalts.me
If your credentials came from the marketplace, double-check the delivery message for typos or extra spaces.

Include

Order reference / marketplace username (no passwords), mailbox address, and a short description of the issue.
