Security note: Never send your password. Support will only ask for your order reference and the mailbox address.
Before you contact support
- Make sure you're using the full email address as the username (example:
[email protected]). - Try a private/incognito window and verify that cookies are enabled.
- Confirm you're using the correct webmail link: access.trustyalts.me
- If your credentials came from the marketplace, double-check the delivery message for typos or extra spaces.
